Yes Zoe you absolutely do!👏This is Zoe’s 3rd time ever doing RDL’s having never trained like this before. After struggling with them initially, yesterday they finally clicked! Zoe and training partner Vicky have been absolutely smashing their sessions recently! Just shows you get out what you put in. 💪You both make me such a proud PT🥰
