TISKA Lutterworth Lutterworth Karate Club is part of the TISKA association run by Sensai Sahota 8th dan. TISKA means traditional international shotokan karate association.

This is a traditional Karate club which is part of the a larger association called TISKA (see website). Karate itself is a martial art which focuses on harmonising the body and mind and can be engaged with at any age. The club promotes both mental and physical health.
