Today we’re celebrating a huge milestone.

🥳 1,500 classes for Alan! Alan Beales

Since joining CrossFit Luton in 2019, Alan has become a familiar face in our 6am crew, proving that consistency really is the secret ingredient to long-term success.

1,500 classes isn’t the result of one great month, one burst of motivation, or one New Year’s resolution.

It’s years of showing up.

When it’s cold.
When it’s dark.
When work is busy.
When motivation is nowhere to be found.

Alan turns up anyway.

He’s smart with his training, knows when to push and when to pace himself, and is a great example of how consistency beats perfection every single time.

One of the things we love most is that Alan doesn’t just lead by example in the gym.

He brings his daughter along too, showing her first-hand the value of looking after your health, working hard, and being part of a positive community.

4th place out of 9 - missed 3rd place by half a point 😩😅

I’m buzzing to have come away with two new PB’s, and a body weight PB at that, eeeek!!!

I know I can push for more, and this competition has given me so much more confidence.

There is more in the tank from little ol’ me. Fire in my belly, I’ll be back for more comps at the end of the year ❤️‍🔥

CROSSFIT GAMES BOUND 🌎💜

Sandra Goodman is officially heading to the CrossFit Games 2026 in San Jose, California.

And honestly… it couldn’t happen to a better human.

Sandra is everything that makes this community special. Humble, hardworking, coachable, supportive, consistent and relentlessly dedicated. She turns up, puts the work in, trusts the process and lifts everyone around her.

What makes this achievement even more incredible is that it wasn’t built through secret training programmes or fancy athlete camps.

It was built right here.

In classes.
Alongside everyday people.
Alongside friends.
Alongside a community that celebrates every win, picks you up on the hard days and pushes you to be better than you thought possible.

This is what we’re so proud of at CFLTN.

Games-level performance doesn’t come from isolation. It comes from great coaching, great programming and an environment where everyone helps each other succeed.

Sandra may be the one stepping onto the competition floor in California, but she carries a little piece of every person who has trained beside her, cheered her on, judged her workouts, pushed her pace and believed in her.

The CrossFit Games might be for the world’s fittest athletes.
