We have a fully equipped venue designed to help you become a fitter and functioning athlete not to just go and follow the mundane routine in a fitness gym. None members can come and join there 1st class for free and later pay for a session to test it out see if it is what they want, we have great memberships packages to choose from
We run open mat classes where you can come and practice your skills you have learnt and use the full facilities of the gym
