On 15 August 2026 we had a guest lesson by sensei Jef Vanderbiesen, who came all the way from Belgium to show us a different take on established techniques.

This more open and efficient style that focuses a lot on body movement rather than force, and quick takedowns, is very much part and parcel of our syllabus at Luton Atemi Jiu-Jitsu as it is where our sensei Jeroen Vanderbiesen got his start!
