⚽ Girls Foundation Sessions – U7s to U9s

We're delighted to introduce an additional summer session for girls in the U7–U9 age groups, focused on building the foundations of football in a fun, positive and engaging environment.

These sessions are designed to keep the girls active and developing their skills throughout the summer months, with plenty of games, learning opportunities, and of course, lots of craic along the way!

🗓 Sundays
⏰ 9:00am – 10:30am

Whether your daughter is new to football or already playing regularly, these sessions will help develop confidence, coordination, technique and a love for the game.

"A society grows great when men plant trees, the shade of which they know they will never sit in".

I'm incredibly lucky to have these lads. Not just as coaches, but as friends. Every one of them gives their time freely and asks for very little in return.

What you don't see are the hundreds of hours behind it. The early mornings, late nights, phone calls, training sessions, team selections, lifting equipment, organising events, and giving up family time so that young players can have opportunities we never had.

The boys and girls might never fully realise the sacrifices made on their behalf, and that's okay. They don't do it for recognition.

They do it because they care, because they love seeing players grow in confidence, making friends, scoring their first goal, or simply enjoy being part of something bigger than themselves.

⚽ Here's to another season of helping young people fall in love with the game.

Spend the day having fun, making friends and playing football so that by bedtime you're asleep before your head hits the pillow!
