t involved. We cater for every shape,size and experience. There are no complex gym machines to confuse you. No big egos or attitudes to contend with - just well structured classes taught by expert instructors who make sure that the emphasis is placed on learning whilst having fun. Whether you are 5 or 65, there is no better way to learn new skills - and boost your mind, body and spirit. The World Ju-Jitsu Federation is open to all those willing to learn. Why not give it a go?

May bank holiday ‼️

There are no classes this Monday as the town hall is closed for the bank holiday, classes throughout the rest of the week are on as normal.

If you are paying monthly and usually attend the Monday class then feel free to come in on another night instead.

We expect this grading to be busy so we’re running with the following times

Times are:

🔴All Juniors 6.30pm

Please arrive on time and have everything ready for the coaches doing the admin.

This week we’ll be assessing those juniors who are due to grade at our club grading next Wednesday evening 👊🏻

Any students who are looking to grade must have at least 2-3 tabs on their belt at this point if they are to be ready in time 🤷‍♂️

Any who isn’t ready this time can attend our following grading in August
