Following one of the most successful years in recent history for Lurgan College sport, our hockey and rugby programmes continue to go from strength to strength.
Our Girls’ 1st XI Hockey team has achieved a promotion to the Stevenson cup ! An incredible achievement reflecting the commitment, resilience and talent of our players and coaching staff. Meanwhile, our Boys’ 1st XI are preparing for a huge season competing, while our talented U16 squad continue to build on recent semi-final and final appearances.
Alongside this success, rugby at Lurgan College continues to grow and develop across all age groups, creating exciting opportunities for pupils to represent their school with pride.
At the heart of everything we do is our school ethos: Be Ready, Be Kind, Belong. Through sport, our pupils learn to be ready for challenges, show kindness and respect to teammates and opponents, and experience a true sense of belonging within the Lurgan College community.
As we prepare for another exciting season, we are looking to partner with local businesses who would like to support the continued growth of hockey and rugby within the school.
We are currently seeking sponsorship towards new matchday kits and resources, with Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsorship packages available across both sports.
