We’ve got 5 classes running this morning & afternoon from 6am-1pm — including 2 Hybrid classes + 3 Strength classes 💪

And across the strength side of every session, we’re putting our focus on 6 key movements:

🏋️ Deadlifts
🍑 Hip Thrusts

💪 Pull Ups
🏋️‍♀️ Bench Press

These are the movements that build strength, muscle and confidence — in these classes we focus on doing them properly with good technique, controlled reps and progressive overload.
