Ludlow Amateur Boxing Club We are proud to have recently nominated Ludlow Amater Boxing Club (tag) 💛, to receive a £7,899 donation from NFU Mutual's
2026 Agency Giving Fund.

The donation will support the charity to buy new equipment, for some internal and external building maintenance, and for the training/ support of a very welcome new coach to boost our capacity.

FIT 4 LIFE

Hi folks,

On Saturday the 15th August, I will be joined by Chloe and Chelsea to co-host a presentation covering all things exercise, fitness, nutrition and injury prevention. This is a presentation suitable for everyone, whether new to exercise or an experienced athlete, all are welcome and encouraged.

Pay just £10 per ticket and join us between 0900 - 1200 to unravel the confusing and often conflicting advice given by the government, media and social influencers around health and fitness.

We will have a couple of breaks and will also host a Q&A session at the end, so if you have any queries on these topics, please email them to me at [email protected] so that we can answer them fully on Saturday morning.

We are very lucky to be sponsored by Ludlow Nut Company and Radnor Hills, which enables us to give every member of the audience a goody bag at the end of the presentation.
