Here’s a thought. Given these are now so cheap to buy, what of an experiment in steel? Ease forcing cones, fit Teague steel shot chokes and re-proof for Superior Steel? These guns would have originally been tested at around 850 BAR. Standard Steel re-proof is around 930 BAR. Superior steel proof is 1320 BAR. What are the odds of these boxlocks withthird grips passing and proving viable with proper steel ammo? Walls are around 30 thou minimum. What say you?
