🏉 Looking for something new for the kids this September?

Come and give rugby a go at Ludlow Rugby Club - no experience needed and everyone is welcome! 🙌

We’re really lucky to have such a fantastic club here in Ludlow. It’s friendly, welcoming and a brilliant place for youngsters to make friends, build confidence, keep active and be part of a team.

Looking for a new challenge? Fancy giving rugby a go?

Ludlow RFC U13s are back for pre-season, and we’re looking forward to welcoming both new and returning players.

🕡 6:30pm – 7:30pm
⏰ Please arrive by 6:20pm so we’re ready for first whistle at 6:30.

Pre-season is all about building team spirit, developing contact skills and laying the foundations for a successful season. Whether you’ve played before or are completely new to rugby, everyone is welcome.

Come and join Ludlow RFC U14/U15s as we kick off pre-season training.

🕕 6:00pm – 7:00pm
⏰ Please arrive by 5:50pm so we’re ready for first whistle at 6.

Each session includes a mixture of skills and fitness to get everyone ready for the season ahead.

Whether you’re an experienced player or completely new to rugby, everyone is welcome. Rugby is about teamwork, making friends and enjoying the game, so come along and give it a go.

We’re excited to welcome former British & Irish Lion Andy Powell and his coaching team to Ludlow Rugby Club for an action-packed rugby academy weekend!

🏃‍♂️ Chairman’s Everest Ascent Challenge – This Saturday 🏰

This Saturday, 15 of our senior lads are taking on the Everest Ascent Challenge, running enough laps of Ludlow Castle to climb the height of Mount Everest.

Some of our Minis & Juniors will also be joining in by running a lap. If your child would like to take part, please let their coach know.

Afterwards there’ll be a BBQ, bouncy castles and laser clays, so it should be a great day for everyone.

Come along, cheer the lads on, support the children taking part and help us raise money for the club and local charities. Every donation makes a difference. 🔴⚫️🏉

EVEREST ASCENT: THE CASTLE LAPS CHALLENGE

This Saturday 15 members of Ludlow Rugby Club will attempt to "climb" Mount Everest by running laps around Ludlow Castle.

As a team, the lads will complete 354 laps and climb a combined 8,848 metres — the equivalent height of Everest. Every participant has committed to 24 laps, meaning each runner will cover well over a half marathon distance while tackling hundreds of metres of elevation gain.

The challenge is raising funds for Ludlow Rugby Club and local charities, so we'd be incredibly grateful for any support.
