Paul is encouraging everyone to get involved and support the Great Big Ride for Autism in Racing — helping raise awareness and vital funds for autistic individuals and their families.

However you choose to take part, every effort makes a difference:

Together, we can create greater understanding, stronger support, and a more inclusive future.

One Challenge. One Community. One Huge Impact.

On Saturday 27th June, riders, walkers, cyclists and fundraisers across the UK will come together for The Great Big Ride 2026 in support of Autism In Racing.

Every mile completed helps create more inclusive and accessible experiences for autistic people and their families within racing and equestrian sport.

Whether you're riding with your yard, walking with friends, cycling your favourite route or fundraising online, you can make a difference.

Thanks to DragonBet, donations will be match funded up to £5,000, helping every contribution go even further.

Join the challenge. Share your journey. Make an impact.

What can happen in the right environment.

We’re proud to share a new blog story from our recent Autism Friendly Day at Newmarket Pony Academy, featuring Oliver’s experience alongside some incredible feedback from families who joined us.

From pony riding and confidence building to moments families said they had “never seen before”, this day was a powerful reminder of why inclusive equine experiences matter.

A special few days at The National Stud, welcoming learners from Red2Green in partnership with Autism in Racing.

Across the visits, participants had the chance to explore a working stud, meet the team, learn about the care behind the horses and spend time in a calm, welcoming environment at the heart of Newmarket.
From grooming the much-loved Panda to discovering the specialist spaces and equipment used on site, the sessions created moments of confidence, curiosity and connection.

One of the most powerful parts of the visits was seeing how each person engaged in their own way. Some found joy in meeting the horses, others were fascinated by the working environment around them. Every moment mattered.

A huge thank you to , and everyone involved in making these community days so meaningful.

The National Stud is proud to support opportunities that open the gates to more people, build belonging and create lasting links across our local community.
