Kitesurfing & stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is a fantastic way to have fun, keep fit, learn something new and get your adrenaline pumping. Kitesurf & Paddle Board lessons are the best and safest way in to the sport, its much easier to learn than you think, you could be up and riding in less than 6 hours. You don’t need to be physically strong, kids from the age of 7 and adults up to 70 and over a

re out there having a great time kitesurfing and paddle boarding. All the necessary equipment is provided, all you need is the willingness to try something new and exciting.
