I’m so excited to be hosting this 2 hour Pilates x Breathwork event alongside ✹

This is your space to slow down, reconnect and move with intention. We’ll begin with a guided Pilates flow to build strength, release tension and ground the body, followed by SOMA breathwork - a guided breathwork practice set to music, designed to regulate your nervous system, clear your mind and bring you back into balance.

Leave feeling refreshed, re-centred and connected to self.

It works as part of a system with your breath, your deep abdominals and your posture.

In Pilates, we focus on breath that supports movement, not holding or forcing.
This helps the pelvic floor respond naturally, rather than being overworked or disconnected.

When the body feels supported, strength becomes more balanced.
When movement is coordinated, control doesn’t need to be forced.

Pilates can play a powerful role in supporting pelvic health through awareness, alignment and intelligent movement.
