This Giant TCR kicks the day off with resetting and adjusting the front derailleur, a little tweak to the rear derailleur, removing the seat post cleaning excessive gripper paste & cleaning the seat post clamp because the saddle kept slipping. All sorted, installed as per manufacturer instillation instructions & torqued to spec.

A Merida Reacto prepared for an event this weekend. The service included a Di2 system check which included firmware updates, charging the main battery, replacing flat batteries in the right hand shifter & a full Etube project professional system check & report.
It’s now ready for the long ride ahead, it wouldn’t have made it as it came in!

This Boardman Team has two outstanding components, look at the wheels the Citec 8000 ultras have the most amazing spokes! They look like strands of nylon they are so thing & flexible but made of carbon they are super strong. It also has the most amazing set of TR aero brake callipers.
In for bottom bracket bearings and reducing the stack height of the steerer tube it was a pleasure to work on. The owner is one if not the oldest racers locally still competing at 83 years young! Admiration all round today!

This Merida Scultura came in for a smaller cassette, the Di2 105 had an 11/34 on it but with the early wear you could see the rider mainly used the 15/17/19/21 teeth the subtle switch to a 11/30 Ultegra cassette changed this to 15/16/17/19 for the swear spot on the cassette pulling in the range for tighter ratios.

This Boardman SLR 9.8 disc came in because it had a broken jockey wheel on the sram red etap, it arrived on a Wednesday and was completed the following day. The bike had, had a fit to the rider and I don’t think the bike fitter owned a torque wrench, a few things were loose that could have affected the Sundays race that this was being prepared for!

Far from flaming June day & a ride down Lowestoft Sea front.
I’ve just serviced this cruiser bike, today was the right day to get it serviced as it’s going nowhere near the promenade today!
