What a lovely session we had this morning! We focused a lot on kata and the movements within the kata and getting them with precision.
Kata is karate’s "source code"—a library of techniques for muscle memory, balance, and breathing. The moving meditation that builds the mental focus and structural power necessary for real-world combat.

A group of instructors attended the ESA Lilleshall Residential Course over the weekend, lots of karate learned and will be passed on to the club over future lessons. A very enjoyable weekend with beautiful grounds to be on.
There will be more opportunities for members to join us on courses in the future🥋
