Looking for a friendly way to get active and connect with others? Come along to the FREE led bike ride, followed by a welcoming café session at Waterlane Leisure Centre to support peri/menopause.

📅 Thursday 18th June
📍 Meet at Waterlane Leisure Centre – Main Entrance
🕤 09:30am – Led ride departs with a British Cycling Ride Leader
☕ 11:00am – Free Community Café for ride participants

After the ride, participants are invited to enjoy a complimentary hot drink and friendly chat at our YOU+ (Menopause) Café, creating a relaxed space to connect and unwind together.

⚠️ Please note: Attendees must bring their own bike and helmet to take part in the ride. Ride leader Karle will be visible in green ride leader clothing.
