Buggy Bootcamp

Buggy Bootcamp Fun exercise class where you use baby, buggy and body to build up muscle and feel great while moving. Hi there, welcome to Buggy Bootcamp!

We are two mums who are passionate about exercise and getting women feeling great about themselves. We are Ginny (mum of almost one year old little girl) and Becca (mum of just turned one year old little boy). We know the difficulties women face with getting back into exercise after they’ve had a baby - we’ve been there and struggled ourselves - so Buggy Bootcamp was born of a passion to help mamas get outdoors, meet other mums and take their little one with them to limit and need for childcare. We encourage you to exercise with your baby, with your buggy or with your body weight (sometimes there is also some equipment thrown in there too!). Becca is a level 3 qualified PT with additional qualifications in pre and post natal fitness. Ginny is a Fitness instructor and Pilates teacher with additional qualifications in pre and post natal fitness.

Buggy Bootcamp is having a winter break. Considering the bad weather is creeping up on us, we have made the decision of suspending the classes for now until March 2022. 🙏
We will be back once the weather will allow us to workout outside again 👍🧡
A big THANK YOU to all the mummies to worked out with us in the last few months. It has been amazing getting to know you all and your beautiful babies.
