When - Meet at 6pm

Route - As the route to tathwell has been ploughed and cultivated thinking the route to Oxcombe which is road then farm track is more suitable.It’s a there and back route so anyone can turn back at any distance to suit. To Oxcombe approx 4km so 8km in total. Those wanting more there is a loop adding a further 2km ish to the total.

Morning!!!!
It's Monday which means it's Junior Athletics Training this evening.
We meet at 5:45pm for a 6 pm start finishing at 7pm at Louth Athletic Club , London Road Louth.
All kids aged 7+ are welcome to come along.
The first 4 sessions are FREE then after that it's £2 per session and then there is an option to become a member of the club to compete in competitions etc.

Any more questions then fire away, if not we will see you all tonight, make sure to bring a drink 👍

A fantastic day for Louth Athletic Club ! Emma Riley absolutely smashed her first ever half marathon at Great North Run where Sam & Paul also completed yet another GNR 👏

Meanwhile back at the East Coast Classic in Mablethorpe there were some fantastic PB's and lots of individual age group awards as well 🥇🥈🥉
But the icing on the cake was that we were 1st place Male & Female teams 💪

Well done everyone and a special shout-out to our cheer ladies & photographers!

Good Morning!
A busy weekend ahead for our members starting today in Hull where we have our Juniors Alexandra & Tallulah competing at the Inter Counties Competition representing Lincolnshire Athletics. Best of luck girls!

Then we have several of our members up and down the country taking part in parkrun UK .

Moving on to Sunday where we have Emma Riley doing her 1st Half Marathon at the Great North Run as well as Sam & Paul Fieldsend who is continuing his charity challenge!

Meanwhile back close to home in Mablethorpe see the return to the East Coast Classic 10k where there will be plenty of Louth Athletic Club vests on show!

Junior Athletics Training is on Tomorrow (Saturday) meet at 10am for a 10:15am start!
All kids aged 7+ are welcome 👍
The first 4 sessions are FREE 😄

So today is our Annual Mayors Trophy Races which are exclusively for Louth Athletic Club members.
They start and finish in Hubbard's Hills just like the Wolds Dash but there's a twist 🤪
Both the senior race & junior race are time handicapped to give every single runner a chance to win on the night 👏
We are hoping to set off the first runners at 6pm tonight so if you're at a loose end and want to come cheer on our members then feel free to pop down 👍
Remember folks even if you haven't qualified to win a trophy, you can still come down and use tonight as a training run.

Our very own Gail Castledine is one of the Community Champion Finalists after been nominated for her amazing 'Jeffing' Group that's she leads on a Saturday morning!
The awards ceremony is on the 12th November and we have our fingers crossed for her 🤞
We are all super proud of you 👏

For those that don't know Gail's Jeffing group meet at 8:30am every Saturday morning at the meridian leisure center 👍
