🌟 Inclusive Sports Visit - Market Rasen CoE Primary 🌟

Today we visited Market Rasen CoE Primary School North Wolds Federation to deliver another fantastic Inclusive Sports Visit, working with two classes across the morning. 🏃‍♀️🏅

Year 3/4 pupils enjoyed an introduction to Pickleball, developing their skills, coordination and confidence, while Year 1/2 pupils took part in a mixture of Dodgeball and Boccia.

We had a fabulous morning alongside Mr Toothill and his pupils, with brilliant enthusiasm, teamwork and effort on show throughout all of the activities. 👏🏻

⭐ We also had the opportunity to recognise some fantastic individuals through our Star Player, Self-Belief and Honesty Awards.

🏅 GOLD MARK SUCCESS FOR LACEY FIELD LOUTH! 🏅

We’re delighted to share that Lacey Field Louth have successfully achieved the School Games Gold Mark for 2025/26! 🌟 They are the 13th school in our SSP to attain an SGM. 🙌🏻

This fantastic achievement is testament to the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm of both pupils and staff. Their commitment to PE, school sport and physical activity continues to provide pupils with opportunities to participate, compete and thrive.

The School Games Gold Mark recognises the school’s commitment to creating positive sporting experiences and ensuring pupils have opportunities to develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of physical activity.

We’re inviting local businesses to get involved and support school sport across the Coastal & Wolds area through our new sponsorship opportunities.

The Coastal & Wolds School Sport Association, brings together 13 secondary schools to provide high-quality opportunities for young people to compete, participate and develop through sport.

From football, netball and indoor rowing to athletics, cross country, wheelchair sports and SEND Panathlon events, our programme reaches hundreds of young people across our local schools throughout the academic year.

By becoming a sponsor, you’re not only giving your business valuable exposure across the Wolds & Coastal community — you’re helping us provide more opportunities for young people to take part, represent their schools, build confidence and create positive experiences through sport.

💚 There are sponsorship packages to suit local businesses of all sizes, starting from just £25 per event, with opportunities to sponsor individual events, leagues, shields and our Superzone programme.

In return, sponsors can benefit from social media promotion, event-day recognition, logo exposure, photography and video coverage, as well as the opportunity to attend our events and see first-hand the difference your support is making.

🏓 Padel Reward Session at Louth Padel Co

What a terrific Tuesday morning! Today, we delivered a Padel session at Louth Padel Co with 1️⃣4️⃣ Y4/5 Boys & Girls from Tetney. The session was aimed at giving pupils the opportunity to experience a new state of the art facility locally at Louth Tennis and Sports Centre on their 2️⃣ amazing new Padel courts. All pupils were awarded self-belief certificates & we had 4 stars!

The pupils had a fantastic introduction to what Padel is all about!👏🏻🌟 Tetney primary are the twelfth member school since March to visit the Padel courts & the first this academic year!

Tonight 1️⃣6️⃣ of our Wolds School Sport Partnership Y9 Sports Leaders were treated to an end of year reward trip to Louth Tennis & Sports Centre & Louth Padel Co. 🎉🥳

Students enjoyed an ice cream & were given a tub of balls each as a thank you for their tremendous work this year delivering festivals and events at Louth Academy & in primary schools. They are the eleventh group of pupils to access Padel since March! 🎾🏓

🏅⭐ Wolds SSP Star Player Certificate Competition! ⭐🏅

This morning we visited Fulstow and North Cotes CE Primary Schools to present the winning entries from our Star Player Certificate Competition, which has been running throughout Terms 5 and 6 across our partner primary schools.

Following our Festival of Sport last week, our fantastic Year 9 & 10 Sports Leaders judged over 140 entries before selecting their 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.

An incredible achievement as all three winning designs came from North Cotes Primary School! 🎉👏 Congratulations to the three talented girls for their creativity, effort and fantastic designs.

🏅 All three students received a medal and chocolates, with our overall winning student also receiving a framed copy of their winning certificate design to celebrate this fantastic achievement.

A huge thank you to every pupil who entered the competition. The standard of over 140 entries was outstanding and made judging incredibly difficult. Well done to everyone who took part! 🌟
