One of our members took this photo at 5:50 this morning, and I think it says everything about what we’re building at Functional LNX1.

Lights on. Space already set up. Coach ready and waiting to deliver the board brief before the 6am class.

A lot of the work happens in the background, before anyone walks through the door. Our job is to make it as easy as possible for busy people to turn up, train and become fitter, stronger and happier.
