Maggie – Founder, Recruitment, Training and Pool Relationships of Maggie’s Swim School
Level 2 STA Teacher, STA Baby & Pre School Teacher
With over 25 years of experience, Maggie sure knows what to do when it comes to running Swimming Schools. Providing lessons for all ages and abilities by handpicking the best quality teachers. Maggie wanted to teach her students how to be safe in and around the water. This is something that she likes to encourage in the lessons taught by her teachers. Maggie’s vision is to create Swimming lessons that are not only enjoyable but also meaningful where a bond is created between the students and teachers.
I have always loved being in the water as a child and understand the importance of water safety through being a Lifeguard myself. It’s so important to have a relationship between the teachers and the students and is something I’ve incorporated in my Swimming School. As I feel the importance of the students having fun within the lessons, they have a fun week at the end of each term with boats and inflatables so their confidence can soar through play. As a rapidly growing Swim School my teachers have become like my second family, I hope you will come along the journey with us and join the ever-growing family at Maggie’s Swim School.
I run all aspects of the business: Recruitment, Training & Competency, Marketing as well as building Pool Relationships with all the Leisure Managers that host our School.
