NEW KIT + MORE UPGRADES AT MANBY 🔥

Another few improvements landed at Inshape manby today 💪🏼

Our new Primal Dual Adjustable Pulley is officially in giving you:

→ More space on the gym floor
→ A smoother pulley system
→ More training options
→ And more room for the next pieces of kit arriving 👀

We’ve also added more 20kg plates to the half rack, meaning more weight exactly where you need it 🏋🏻‍♂️

We’re always looking for ways to make InShape better for our members,more space, better equipment and a better place to train.

The kids are back at school, summer is coming to an end, and for a lot of us it’s time to put some structure back into training.

They were introduced to give our members another way to enjoy training, build confidence and become part of the InShape community.

Every month we’ll be giving you a new challenge to test yourself, have some fun and see how you stack up against the rest of the InShape community.

This month, you’ve got two ways to get involved:

💪 Dead Hang Hold on for as long as you can. One attempt, one time.

⛷️ 400m Ski Erg - Complete 400m as fast as possible.

Record your result and post it in our new Members WhatsApp Community, launching tomorrow. We’ll keep a live leaderboard throughout the month so you can see where you stand.

Whether you’re aiming for the top spot or just trying to beat your own best, it’s all about getting involved and challenging yourself.
