📋 With a list longer than you can imagine, you know all our efforts will be going into making sure building 2 is a huge success but we are putting it out there…

📣 Saturday 18th July - we will be opening up next door!

Yes that is 1 week before the Summer Hyrox Sim! 🙈

Yes the neighbours are still very much in the building! 🫠

And Yes - we are mad! 🤪

But the good news is.. we finally have a plan, we are working through what we can ready for moving in and then will putting some shifts in to meet this deadline.

We’re really excited for the extra space, have lots of plans that we can’t wait to push forward with and we’ll share as much progress, over the next month, as we can!

The countdown is on! 💪

New Calibrated Plates and Rack 🏋️

Last week we managed to get our calibrated plates in the powerlifting room and we couldn’t just let them sit on any old rack… Ryan’s worked his magic.. yet again.. and made them their own stand… what do we think?

They’ve certainly been put to use since going in.. and have all made it back to their designated place!

We have had a lot of people recently, members included, asking about the cost of our classes.

Classes are included in all memberships and are just £5 for non members.

Invictus Gym Part 2…

Our neighbours are moving out.. so due to continuous increase in demand we’re expanding.. which means double the space and most importantly means we can offer more… much more! We will now offer a huge amount of space dedicated to all disciplines, our new building will have over 4780ft2 of dedicated open space alone - which will cater for Strongman, HYROX, Crossfit, Boxing, calisthenics and more. And you all know we will make sure this space is kitted out with the best equipment available!

This will free up more space in our current building allowing us to add even more rare and sought after machines upstairs and doubling the size of the dumbbell area!

Not only that… we will have the entire car park to ourselves - 24/7! The outside fencing at the gym will be taken down and eventually the yard space to the right of the building will become an outdoor area.

While all this happens there will be absolutely zero interruptions to any of our members.

Invictus Gym has been created by hard work! And the support from our members has allowed our journey to continue.. We will keep you guys updated every step of the way!

HYROX Sim Summer 2026 - coming in July and tickets are already selling!

Spring was the best one yet.. but we’re hoping Summer is going to be even better!

Everyone knows that we put everything into these events and always look for ways to improve not just the event for the participants but the atmosphere all round, and prep is well underway.

Our Half Hyrox format is also returning this summer and there is the option to complete this alone if you wish! It was the most popular category in April so we hope this attracts some new and returning participants! 💪

LOCKERS 🔑

New lockers have been installed upstairs - there are 2 different sizes but both are bigger and better quality than the old ones.

Going forward bags are not to be left next to the front desk/roller shutter - you will be asked to move them if this happens.

Lockers are also not for personal storage and will be monitored and emptied once a day.
