Thanks to all that attended the Kata course today, I think we can safely say it gave us an interesting perspective on several of the standard Shotokan kata and an introduction for many of us to Junro Nidan kata, I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did, many thanks to Paul Barron Sensei for sharing his unique insight on all things Shotokan, OSS!!!

Getting ready or the final days training with Saito Sensei, cracking weekend so far, thanks to all that have supported the course so far. Congratulations to Patrick and Christian on passing Sho Dan at yesterdays examinations. Also to Paul Barron on gaining 6th dan, and Slater Williams 7th Dan, both well deserved.
