CUSTOMER NOTICE 🏋🏽‍♀️

We had a delivery arrive sooner than we thought so it’s a bit chaotic in the gym at the moment, arcade machines, benches, spin bikes and all sorts everywhere, rest assured it’s only temporary

Feel free to use the new Hoist chest press and Tricep Pushdown where they are and let us know what you think,

Will be going through red bull trials tomorrow and get a post out,

🔥 You’re invited to compete in *Red Bull Gym Clash* see next post for video

A global, team-based competition to find the greatest gym on earth - combining stamina, strength, skill and strategy across multiple workouts.

Each gym selects a team of 2 men + 2 women, competing at national level for a chance to represent your country in the international final.

Structure is as followed
- In house Gym Team Trials (see bottom)
- Gym Team In house selection process
- National Qualifiers
- National Finals
- World Finals

GYM TEAM TRIALS - TO BE DONE BY 1st June
Instructor to be present or a video will suffice, all times and scores won’t be posted out so don’t be put off entering, free red bull for everyone that enters! ⬇️

- 3RM Front Squat - bum touch 12” box
- 3RM Push Press
- Block Run (1.2k) - Speak to Trainer
- 3 Minute Row X 3 Minute Burpees, max calories and reps, 10 second set up between
- Assault Bike, 50 Calories for speed
All of the above can be done on seperate days

Thank you to Charlie and Mileja who we’ve had this week, they have been a great help for us this week and we hope they enjoyed it 🤞🏽

With the weather so nice we’ve put a couple of bikes out front, feel free to drag other kit there as long as it’s not too much hassle ☀️

Leg extension cable will be sorted this weekend just waiting on a crimp end and we have put a platform out of use while we just move it over slightly 🏋🏽‍♀️

Giving the studio a little makeover while trying complete our other 20 un finished jobs but hope you appreciate it 🌟

Red Bull trials post should be out tonight or tomorrow so keep an eye out! Bank holiday Monday class being added shortly & wel post about times tomorrow/ Sunday 🤛

Got a cool back machine coming next Wednesday will try build it up on arrival 💪🏽

We are listening to your feedback, additional plates have been added with a few more to come, We’ve swapped out some tubes on the laydown during maintenance and the standup, the standup requires the engineer to come back out to fix some issues this week & and we’ve put out a summer timetable (next post)☀️

new class ‘Board Workout’ - this is a self led class in the Monster Energy Zone which you will find on the board 😈

We are going to post out some qualifiers tomorrow regarding our Red Bull Team we are putting together so keep an eye out 🤞🏽
