Sorry I've been quite posting for last few weeks but as a few of you know I had a big accident while racing at Donington park, I was kept in hospital for a few days with bruising to brain, broken and dislocated left shoulder and tore ligaments in my right thumb and wrist, I'm now home but waiting to go back in for operations on my shoulder and wrist,
The well wishes and help has been amazing and big thank you to my family, team and close friends that have helped and had to put up with me while injured,
The bike didn't crash well at all and has bent the frame and swingarm so a big Rebiuld will take a while over the winter,
I will update more once I've had operations

Race report from Donington 1000km endurance
This round being The longest race Of The season we decided that a 3rd rider was needed and with Johnathan lodge not available for this round craige Beale was brought in to ride with the team, Saturday morning came and Craig was first out for qualifying, only to instantly come back into pits with major ecu fault causing bike to rev uncontrollably, this was not able to be sorted at track so this meant we were down to a 2 man team before the race had even started, John and Gavin both went out for their qualifying sessions and were comfortable with bikes putting in good times, we qualifyed in 19th position for start, having was chosen to do the le man start with John holding the bike, Gavin got another amazing start and got up to 5th into first turn, riding until the fuel light came on at about 40 mins the pit stop was smooth and John went out only dropping couple of places, John had done his session and the pit girls had given him the in board but as he came down into the old hairpin for his last time another rider lost control and took John off the track and into the gravel at about 70mph somehow John managed to make it across gravel uprite and rejoin the track and make it back to pits with only minor fairing damage(very lucky) the race went on tyres and brake pads were changed as the time and distance really was hard on the bikes, John was out for the last session Of The race and with only 3 laps to go he signalled to the pit girls that he had a problem and was coming in (mad panic to get Gavins bike ready and out, as John came down pit lane we could see that the gear linkage had fallen off and he was stuck in 3rd gear, Gavin went out and as he joined circuit the leaders were starting their last lap towards the finish line, as Gavin got down to the Melbourne loop his bike cut out and engine management light came on it would not restart so he had to get off and push bike all the way to the finish line,
Not the finish the team had hoped for but we made it over the line finishing in 20th place and 13th in class, this was a great achievement but later after the race we then classed as a dnf due to being over 3 mins behind the leader crossing the line so excluded, absolutely gutting for the team after all the hard work and effort put in

Round 3 Donington 6hr. Qualified 3rd so showing the team have the pace, weather was very changeable all three bikes sitting there for the start with different setting in each. Jonathan Lodge made the start and took the lead into first turn, there followed a hard fought race with a long stoppage in the middle due to surface water in the braking zones making it unsafe to race. Restart and weather improved making for a great race towards the end KB racing and Linxcel battling for the second place honors Linxcel coming out on top. So podium finish again to KB racing.

Ok sorry for the lack of reports been very busy, brief catch up Brands round didn't go quiet to plan well what Endurance race does. John and Gavin claimed pole in a mixed weather qualifications only problem was Gavin low sideing as session finished (minor damage) so no big issue. The race was a stop start affair KB racing making good on both but a few laps into the secound start the gearshift jammed quick stop but rejoined last , fought back to 6th in class meaning we left Brands 4th in the championship. On to Donington 6hr.

Race round up and a few photos from the first round of Acu national endurance championship at Silverstone this weekend after a difficult week with Gavin Bartlett in hospital and only released in time for Fridays test, meant we had to bring in reserve rider Jonathan Lodge at the very last minute to ride alongside John Kilcar in the 3hr race, It was a hard close race with good weather meaning speeds were well up and tyre and fuel stops even more crucial, all this expertly handled by our pit crew Toni Bartlett, Emma Kilcar and Andy Bartlett, a solid third place finish in National 1000 Endurance and a great start to the season. Thanks to our sponsors: Vincent Hale Engineering, DWR motorcycles, Gerbing heated clothing.
