It’s been another busy day for the green keeping team today!

The greens were verti-cut, mowed and then had a sprinkling of sand applied to further refine the surfaces!

All done to ensure the purest roll possible! 😎

We can’t wait to see you on the course soon 👀

What a brilliant evening at the club tonight!

Our 9 hole social attracted 13 teams (52 players) for GREEN-KEEPERS REVENGE!! 🪏

There was a variety of challenges out on the course…….

1st Hole- 'The Pipe'
2nd Hole- 'The Royal Flush'
3rd Hole- 'Nearest the Pins'
4th Hole- 'The Pin Seeker'
5th Hole- 'Life is a Beach'
6th Hole- 'Thread the needle'
7th Hole- 'The Wheel of Fortune'
8th Hole- 'The Wall of Death!'
9th Hole- 'Down the Rabbit Hole'

Perhaps the ultimate revenge was arranging the ☔️

The team of Rod & Suzanne Farnworth, Ken Routledge and Stephen Burrell narrowly defeated Chris Ella, Laurie Warsap, Dave Goddard and Tom Snowden on countback in the Texas Scramble format ⛳️

£78 was raised for our Captains’ Charities in the process 👏

What a strange day of weather!

Jumpers off 😎, Sun cream on ☀️ , jacket on 🥶 , umbrella up ☔️ , jacket off, time to shelter 🌧️ ⚡️

There was a bit of everything for those out on the course today! From Hale to Glorious Sunshine!

Despite this, the course is in great condition! When are you playing next?

Congratulations to David Coupland on his victory in the PGA in Lincolnshire, Eric Sharp Pro Am today.

Only two players in the field broke par, an incredible 64 from Coups and a fine 67 from Paul Streeter 👏

Just a few thank you’s…….Julian Hughes the PGA in Lincolnshire tournament controller for all of his hardwork.

Our wonderful catering team who always do us proud.

Finally a special mention for our green keeping team who rightly received so many plaudits after the round. The course was in magnificent condition 🙏🏻

It finally happened! Summer arrived this week ☀️

The course is in great shape!

We are delighted to be hosting the PGA in Lincolnshire for our annual Eric Sharp Pro Am on Thursday.

23 Professionals and their Amateur partners will be testing themselves around our wonderful course!
