We're truly sorry that it's come to this.

As a small, independent innovation company, we've been proud to navigate the extreme global challenges of the last 3 years, but this final hurdle has been one too many for us to overcome.

Words can't express how devastated we are, nor our appreciation to all of our customers and partners for their support and understanding during this difficult time.

This ones with triathlete and multiple Ironman age grouper

Roz is inspirational as she overcomes massive setbacks such as injuring her foot 5 weeks before winning Ironman Finland.

In the blog, she explains: ‘The most important thing I’ve learnt is not to panic even if a race is looming. This year was a great example. I injured my foot five weeks before Ironman Finland. I stopped running. Just ran on the day and lo and behold, as I mentioned, I trotted into first place and qualified for Kona.’

She also suffers from a rare condition called exercise-induced anaphylaxis and still keeps going!

Tuesday Tips: winter motivation

There are no shortcuts when it comes to training. If you want to level up, you need consistent growth.

In our blog interview with pro triathlete Tom Davis, he shares: ‘ Anything that can help you put in training week in and week out will help you to see improvements. The biggest thing to remember in endurance sport is that there aren't any shortcuts, and it's all about layering up the training over time. Set short term goals and make sure that you have a way to measure the improvements you're making so you can make sure training is working, and given time, you'll be sure to level up!’

This time it’s an interview with pro triathlete and athlete Tom Davis

INCUS has helped Tom avoid injury as he shares: ‘There was a time last year when I was training and the left/right balance on the take-off for the run was slowly getting more and more uneven. A couple of weeks later, I found I had an injury on my left side. Noticing the change in my left/right balance thanks to INCUS meant that I backed off even before I felt the issue as I could tell something was up, and this meant the injury didn’t end up being serious.’
