I’m overwhelmed by the response to the Mindful Pilates session I taught as part of the Pilates and Your Whole Self programme.

Are you an early morning exerciser? Lots of the JTP family like to get their Pilates practice in as soon as they can and love the Kick Start Pilates sessions. This includes some of my one-one family, who love to get on the reformer early doors and get set up for the day ahead.

If you have thought about becoming a rise and shine Pilates-yer, then here are some of the benefits of getting your body moving in the morning :

1. Boosts Energy Levels - morning exercise gets the blood pumping, waking up both your body and mind.

Someone asked me which of my online classes are most popular?

It’s definitely the early Kick Start sessions.

These sessions are shorter in duration so can be fitted in before work, and they get us energised and motivated for the day.

Friday’s class is always a bit special so I look forward to seeing everyone in the morning.
