Thursday saw us travel to Sileby Town CC. After a brilliant batting display by Sileby, it saw us needing 187 to win off our 14 overs. We unfortunately came up 37 runs short. Well done Sileby ✅

⭐️ 75 Point Saturday ⭐️

The 1s smashed 365-9 from 45 overs, remarkably without anyone scoring a hundred! ShepshedCC only managed 167 in reply, giving us a 198 run victory. 💣

The 2s bowled first against , restricting them to 117 after a brilliant team bowling performance. The 2s came home with 5 wickets to spare. 🚢

The 3s 100% home record continues as they beat 3s at the fortress. Chasing 91 after the seamers had done their part, the team made it home with 5 wickets to spare. 🔥

🏆 Challenge Cup 🏆

Sunday saw the 2s host a very strong in the Challenge Cup quarter final. After scraping their way to 224 with some pinch hitting towards the end of the innings, a Kaleem Raji masterclass was enough to see the boys home with 69 runs to spare.💨

🏆 Joe Orton Cup 🏆

Monday saw the last of the weekend’s games as we travelled to Long Whatton Cricket Club in the Joe Orton Cup. After a mediocre batting display, the team got to 103-7 from 14 overs. Long Whatton came through victorious with 5 wickets to spare! Good luck in the next round guys 💚

Not the week we had hoped for 🥲

The 1s struggled to compete with Newtown Linford Cricket Club 2s as they came out on top by some margin. Bowling first the 1s struggled to contain Newtown who battered there way to 276 eventually falling short by 115 runs in the chase. Taranjot Sangha the pick of the players. Well done Newtown! ⭐

The 2s lose for the first time in 17 league games.. After a blistering start by Loughborough Town the boys managed to pull it back restricting town 3s to 161. However, after a mediocre batting display, 161 proved to be enough as the 2s fell short by 27 runs! Well done L/Town 3s 👏🏾

The 3s remained unbeaten 😍 A fired up bowling attack removed Egerton Park Cricket Club 4s for 44. Thomas Dunn and Eliot Hudson Jones made light work of the chase bringing us home with 10 wickets to spare. 🔥

The Sunday side travelled to Hathern. Chasing 226 the Sunday side only managed 115 all out in reply. Kush Patel picking up 5 in the bowling innings! Well done Kush and thanks for hosting Hathern Old Cricket Club
