After a fantastic Christmas fun session, we’re now closed until 7th January. Happy Christmas all!

Alex took the session last night, his last for a while as he is spending a year in New Zealand. He shared some of his favourite "unusual" techniques with the class:

1. Reverse seio entry o soto gari
2. "run away" uchi mata
3. baseball choke from kesa gatame
4. "hell choke"

Followed by quick-fire ne waza rounds.

We will not be training for the next two Wednesdays (16th and 23rd July) while the coaches take a well-earnt summer break!

We will be back training as usual on Wednesday 30th July, and for the rest of the summer.
