Yesterday Hermitage kicked off the season with a 7-0 win against South Wigston!! 🤩🤩

It was a family affair and a goal fest!
A senior club debut from club junior Dan Smith alongside Mum (Jo) in goal!

4 other club families represented the club; Marriotts (Father & Daughter), Murdochs (Mum & Sons), Vermaaks (Mum & Son) and Husband and Wife Boyd and Chamberlain🔥🔥

Goals came from WMurdoch(3), JChamberlain, AVermaak, AMarriott, MMarriott!!

A wonderful start to the mixed season!! 💚🤍🧡

One of our most prestigious awards as a club finally made its way to the more than worthy recipient Male Club Person of the Year!

Kev Wigmore
He was an overwhelming choice.
Our junior section is all the better for Kev being part of it.
He is the most generous patient and kind person. He is a volunteer. He will be the first to help and assist for any occasion or event.
As a section we cannot say thank you enough to Kev....

The 2026/27 season starts soon, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back!! 🤩🤩

Whether you’re a player, parent, supporter, or thinking of giving hockey a go, come along and join us for an afternoon of hockey, great food, and catching up with the club🍺🏑

Club Day Schedule
🏑 Hockey: 2:00pm–4:00pm @ Lough Grammar Pitches
🏡 Clubhouse: From 4:00pm onwards

What’s happening?

♻️ Swap Shop – bring your old kit to swap or grab yourself a bargain!
👕 Old kit donations welcome
🍰 Sweet & Cake Stall
🍻Plenty of laughs, good company & the perfect way to kick off the new season!

A few weeks ago we had 4 boys representing squads at this National tournament...
Not wanting to be outdone.... this weekend we have 3 incredible young female players!
All representing the Trent Raiders squad!
