LSU Pole Fitness Hi everyone! We are LSU Pole Fitness - Loughborough University's very own pole fitness society! We aim to make everyone feel welcome to give pole a go!

Here at LSUPF, we aim to enhance your university experience by offering non-conventional fitness based classes. We hope to improve your strength, flexibility and overall fitness with the use of poles. All of our poles are from the recognised brand X-Pole and are completely safe, as well as our instructors being 100% insured to spot you in any moves you don't feel comfortable. We wish to offer a safe environment where people feel they can be themselves and have fun! Our classes are on Wednesday afternoons between 12 - 6pm, with additional practise sessions from 1 - 5pm on Mondays and Fridays, which are designed for you to practise moves you have learnt in class. Alongside these practise sessions are flexibility classes designed to improve your flexibility which you will need for some more advanced pole moves.

FLEX! We are hosting a fundraiser for to help donate towards the safety of cats! Bring a buddy to flex and have a relaxing stretch to de-stress from exams and get those muscles working after sitting in the library!
