And it’s all down to sticking to the BASICS..... one thing i never did was QUIT or GIVE UP and that’s the only reason why people don’t get results .... when it gets tough they throw in the towel and never get to see the potential physical changes that they could have achieved if they stuck it out....🤷‍♀️

Too many people give themselves huge calorie restrictions, food/macro restrictions and do excessive exercise
Instead of focusing on BASICS.... eat your balanced meals (protein carbs and fats) and make sure that you flexible diet so that you can adhere to a nutritional plan and make sure to exercise daily and put in MAXIMUM INTENSITY (make sure to incorporate weight training and find a style of training that you enjoy) ! That’s it ..... results come with CONSISTENCY and TIME and most people fail on both ...... 🙄
