At Loughborough Self Defence & Fitness Centre we offer classes and personal training sessions with professional trainers and equipment to coach beginners and experts in REALITY self defence, both of which can be tailored to the clients individuality and needs. We are a friendly team that will guide you to reach your goals, whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or just de-stress. With an upb

eat atmosphere this is the place to be to up your heath & fitness and whilst learning a life saving skill. First Session is FREE for all beginners! £5 per session and £3 for kids under 16 , no contract or joining fee. Welcome to reality self defence and fitness!
Our brand new gym to loughborough/shepherd. Were bringing back old school training with the man himself JAY BAILEY with over 35 years experience and training in all categories of self defence and fitness. 

Come and join our journey and experience self defence, fitness and reality training.
Here at RSDF we want you to get the best out of each and every session!
We push limits you didn't know you had!

Our grand opening is on Wednesday the 21st July!

£6 pound per person no fixed contracts or membership pay as you go.
