A physiology test with fuel utilisation assessment can help you nail down your pacing and fuelling strategy.

Your fitness could be where you want it to be, but if you are using carbohydrates at a rate higher than you are replacing, a pace that seems sustainable on paper may not be come to say day!

Trying to sustain your target run pace with depleted carbohydrate stores is not going to be fun! Come and meet with our team who can help you work on your fuel utilisation 💜
