As some of you already know, I'm a qualified Pelvic Floor Fitness Coach...
I incorporate a lot of techniques to help support your pelvic floor - and core! - in all of my classes (although you probably don't even realise!)...
I have managed to go from a post-kids leaky exerciser to teaching from the front and performing hundreds of jumping jacks plus other high intensity exercises without worrying about having to nip to the loo in the middle of class - and many years later feel stronger than ever π!!
I want to share how I did/continue to do this far and wide to give other women the same confidence and freedom both when exercising and in daily life..
I'm running an introductory Pelvic Floor & Prosseco Evening on the 12th June...these evenings will be run in small groups...with lots of fun discussion, fitness exercises and games and a complementary glass of Prosseco (alternatives/non-alcoholic versions available) to loosen everyone up...we are definitely going to have some giggles π!
