Part of the Burleigh Basketball Men's programme which has two teams Burleigh Bucks and Bees in the Leicestershire Basketball League. Junior basketball programme covering the East Midlands open to boys in school years 7-9 (u14) through to 10-11 (u16) for the 2026-2027 season.

🏀 Big welcome to Noah Bettoney-Bramhall as he joins Burleigh Basketball Juniors as an Assistant Coach

Noah brings strong playing experience from spells with Leicester Riders U16, Charnwood Riders, and Nottingham Hoods U18s. Alongside his playing background, he’s also a qualified Level 1 coach who supported the Nottingham Hoods U14s last season.

Studying Sports Coaching at university, Noah is passionate about player development and continuing to grow within the game — both on and off the court.

Coaching Lead Kiran Wiltshire said "Noah is paramount and more important than you realise. Young people are the next generation of coaches and without Noah, today's new borns are coachless. Opening the door so early as a coach while still having a foot in the door as a player will springboard him forward leaps and bounds as he will start to see the game from more than one perspective"

🏀 We’re excited to welcome Jack Osmond as an Assistant Coach for Burleigh Basketball Juniors

Jack brings extensive experience both on the court and in coaching, with a background that includes playing for Charnwood College Basketball Academy and the Leicester Riders at junior level, alongside playing experience in the USA. He later went on to represent Loughborough University (Div 1), where he also developed his coaching experience. Jack currently plays for the Burleigh Bucks in LBBL Division 1, combining a strong playing background with valuable coaching knowledge.

Coaching Lead Kiran Wiltshire said "Working with children and young people doesn’t stop when they get to 16, working in sport allows you to cross paths with people repeatedly. Jack is proof of that. I first met Jack many years ago when he walked in the door as a player and have since met him repeatedly courtside in various roles. Being around basketball (not just as a coach) is important as it teaches and helps you develop the love and care it takes to build a family (community). I’m excited to work alongside Jack, he is the best inspiration and role model for our young players as he’s already paved the way for them, not just as a player and coach but as a basketball person.”

Jack also joins Burleigh Basketball Juniors as a trustee providing digital marketing and graphic design support to the club.
