Loughborough Dynamo Juniors F.C. weekend round up, starting with our u9 Golds who kicked of their MJPL campaign at home to Santos Acadrmy on Saturday morning. Tough test against the side from Northamptonshire and despite going down 2-1 it felt like the young Moes got stronger and more confident as the game went on. Reuban H getting the goal.
Onto Sunday will start with the Dynamo Derby at u13 girls age group.
A landmark day for the club. The U13 girls played in the first ever all Loughborough Dynamo fixture. The score ended 3-3 in a close end-to-end match. All in all, an entertaining and competitive fixture. (Pictured)
With it being the off week for u8 category we move on to u9.
Under 9 blues had their first home game today against houghton rangers and came first in a great game for the blues with some great passing and fast goals.
goals from Ernie,Elliott,Noah,Malachi 3 and Logan 2 with Logan (pictured) picking up MOTM for his fantastic energy from the front line all match.
U9 BLACKS put in a fantastic performance today as they took first place against Leicester Nirvana, coming away with a brilliant victory. A great team effort, with the goals coming from Liam (3) and George (2).
Well done, boys!
U9 another game where we gave ourselves a little mountain to climb, but the boys gave absolutely everything as they battled to turn it around.
Some brilliant football, loads of chances and a huge effort right until the final whistle. We just fell short to finish 2nd, there was so much to take from the way the boys kept going and kept believing.

U9 Golds were back in action on Sunday and came away with a fantastic victory to take 1st place against Rothley, with the boys playing extremely well for the full 40 minutes.
Goals from Ruben, Freddie (2), Olu (3), Reggie, Renzo and an own goal.
Well done, boys — another weekend of learning, competing and giving it everything.
U10 Golds claimed an away 1st place against East Goscote United, we had a great start, slowed down a bit towards the end of the first half, but we very quickly scored 5 more goals at the start of the second half, well done Henry man of the match a hat trick today! 🎉 the second half we played up hill with most of the time the opposition having an extra player, so they really did well ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️
U11
U11 Blacks claimed a first place away to Leicester United in what was a very physical game which they tried their best to rise above and see it out until the end. Really well deserved win.
Goals for Ellis W x 2, Ellis T x 2, Edi, Oscar and Oliver.
POTM went to Ellis W for fantastic efforts all over the pitch.
U11s Golds also claimed 1st place away to harborough town with only 8 players and our regular goalie injured. Team performance was awesome with some great passing play! A tough decision for POTM award going to Arlo. Goals from Leo (2) and Noah ⚽️ 👊
U12 Leicestershire County cup format has changed and all teams were in the hat together (division one recieved a bye).
U12 Gold travelled to Judgemeadow College to face higher level opposition with 10 players conceeded a goal almost direct from kickoff which put us on the back foot from the get go. We went in at the half 3-0 down. Second half was a different the team worked tirelessly and honestly to get into the game we got our reward when Boriz neatly finished Kaisons corner. A few minutes later Boriz was in again but hit the post then on the rebound at full stretch managed to hit the other post. Pushing more and more to get more goals we conceded 2 further goals and went out the cup. The team gave a good account of themselves against a tough and physical opposition and on another day with full squad it could of been different, but as a coach I cannot fault the team today.
U12 Blues lost 12-0 in the cup. MOTM went to Leyland who in his first appearance for us battled hard, kept his head up and kept the teams spirits up. We go again next week.
13 -0 away win for Dynamo ambers u12. 7 goals form Tyron, 6 different scorers with a goal from our keeper Albert also, with 3 additional goals ruled out for offside. Most important highlight was the sportsmanship of our players and respect shown to the other team. We all remember those games where your on the end of the result.
U14 Girls continue their great start to the season with a 2-3 win away at Asfordby Amateurs. The girls had control of the game for the majority and seemed to be cruising at 3-0 with about 20 minutes go. Credit to the Asfordby Girls who fought back to 2-3 and gave us a nervy finish. Player of the match was Martha as she has been our stand in keeper for the last 2 weeks and has done a stella job. (Coach Aaron's thoughts pictured).
U16s Boys had another slow start and entertaining game.

Really positive first game of the season, tough team to play and even more so on their turf.
Overall I think we dominated the ball and play for large spells of the game.
They are a physical side who got amongst us, we handled the pressure well and defended really well as a unit, even with changeable and positional tactics at play from my side of which the defence held strong and adapted really well to throughout the game.
Attacking wise, we created chances all game, with forward and progressive play on both wings and we got crosses into the box and into the forwards, who ran tirelessly throughout the game, putting pressure onto their players.
Player of the game: Sophie B with a polished performance on the wing! Sophie drove their left back into the danger zone all game and got crosses a plenty into their box, scored a great goal from a difficult angle to top it off.
Special mention for Julia with a really well taken goal today and built confidence in the game, some fantastic touches on the ball and turns out of their players creating herself space to play the ball, which was really good to see.
U18s continued their find start to "the last dance" (look out for the Netflix documentary in autumn 27) with an 8-0 win away to Beaumont - fantastic result and team effort 🥳.

Its nearly the weekend which means there is Dynamo Junior ans Senior Football at the NSG.
Starting Saturday morning James Hewitt takes his U9 team into their first MJPL match against Santos Panthers with a 10:30 kick off. Followed by our Senior First team up against Whetstone Athletic in the Leicestershire Senior League Division 1. (Clubhouse will be open throughout).
Sunday sees fewer fixtures than last week due to County Cups starting. We do have the big one at u13 Girls level though with both Dynamo teams facing off at 9:30, we also have back to back u9 matches with the Blues up against Houghton and the Golds returning after 24 hours to face Rothley. Then our u16 Boys make their home debut against Leicester Nirvana. The club house will be open for the fixtures though may close in-between the morning and afternoon fixtures. U8
Our new U8 Blacks (pictured) had a comfortable 1st place over Melton Foxes Jaguars today. The boys teamwork and relentless pressure on the ball was great to watch and led to us having 6 different goal scorers. Our POTM going to Ellis for 5 great goals as well as plenty of strong tackles to win back possession.
Hats off to the Jaguars though for remaining positive and fighting all the way to the final whistle!
U8 Ambers v Quorn Falcons, first place for the Ambers with goals from Kai Wx3 Thomas D x2 and Carter x1 good match played by the boys.
U9
Under 9 golds came 2nd unfortunately in there first level one game. It was very unfortunate as they could have ran out with a comfortable. An assist from Freddie Hand a tidy finish from Ruben H. POTM with a hat full of terrific saves was George F who was calm throughtput. On to next week with our first ever MJPL game on Saturday and first home game of the season on sundays against Rothley.
Under 9 Blacks had an amazing first game of the season, playing away against Market Bosworth, coming away with a 1st place Goals came from Leo, Liam, Gabriel and William, with Player of the Match going to Leo.
Next up was Under 9 Ambers, playing at home against Melton. They came a close second after being down early on. The Ambers showed great character, in what was a brilliant performance from the team. Goals came from Charlie and Aiyaz, with Henry taking away Player of the Match for his first league game in goal.
Under 9 blues (pictured) got off to a great start to the season and continued a good pre season with an away 1st place against Iannis yellows showing good passing and great runs off the ball, with goals from Ernie malachi and Logan 4, MOTM was malachi for a fantastic performance going forward and helping his team defend.
U10
U10 Golds got a 1st place at home to Coalville town ravens Ruffs, a great start to the season for the boys, lots of chances created, great game by all, TJ was man of the match 🏆 2 brilliant goals scored today, very proud of them all ⚽️⚽️⚽️.
U11
U11 Blacks got a 1st at home to Loughborough Lions. Great effort by all and a very good game. All goals were scored by Oscar who had a solid performance and earnt himself the POTM award too.
U11 s Golds got a 1st place away against Loughborough lions reds 👊 ⚽️.
U12
U12 Gold got a 3-2 win to start the season. 2-0 up and cruising switch off a little to let Groby back in the game. Showed great Character to turn it back on (which can be difficult when opposition have their tails up). Getting the winner with 2 minutes left having just had a perfectly good goal ruled out following a dubious Flag for offside. Issac got 2, Trystan the other. POTM Stan (pictured) first game back in goal since u7. Made a string of excellent saves commanded his box well and good distribution.
Hard fought 1-1 draw for under 12 ambers in their first 9v9 game. Boys put up a good account of themselves against a very combative/physical team, special mention to all the players and coaches who are playing a year up and their first official 9v9 game. Excellent effort all very well done.
U12 BLUES ⚽🔵
A nice early morning road trip to Oakham for the Blues’… with just 9 players, including 3 playing a year up new to football! Royce Rangers took the 5-0 win, but our boys worked their socks off from start to finish! Some brilliant defending, including an awesome goal-line header from Charlie after Veer was caught off his line! And MOTM Veer was absolutely superb in goal – save after save after save! 🧤🔥🏆. Again big shout out to this team and the coaches much changed from last season a couple of games and im sure the results will turn, well done all.
U13
U13 Lionesses 7 - 1 Rugby Borough
Great 1st game together as a team. The girls were 2-0 up inside 10 mins but were pegged back on 11 mins. After that, there was only ever going to be one winner. A fantastic 2nd half performance saw the Lionesses score 5 goals without reply.

A 6-2 away victory against Anstey Nomads for our other u13 Girls who pipped us to third place last year. Naia and Martine found their scoring boots with 4 and 2 goals respectively. A great league debut for May who was player of the match. Looking forward to hosting Loughborough Dynamo Lionesses next week.
U14
U14 girls with a 5-1 win against Burbage.
First game for the girls on the stadium pitch and they loved it. Played the game with a stand in keeper as our No.1 is injured. Very strong first half performance going into the break at 4-1 up.
Second half, we went out onto the field with only 10 players due to more injuries. And still came out on top.
Ivy with a hat-trick, Summer x1 & Eva x1.
U15
Our won 2-1 away to Wigston. A game that was a lot more comfortable than the score suggests. Goals from Riley and Uthman.
U16
Another team on their Dynamo Debut. 3 nill down after 20mins in our first ever game. Not good. 3-3 in the end (5mins more and we win), absolute dominance and turned out to be the best thing to happen. Culture and character building. Players running onto the pitch with the late equaliser etc etc. One of the coaches may have done a Mourinho down the touch line 😂
U18
We got off to a winning start with a 3-2 v Borough Alliance. Great start to the Final Dance Season 🥳.

Back on the road this Saturday as we travel to Sporting Markfield for our next Leicestershire Senior League fixture.
