🫶🏽 Please do not send a payment until I have confirmed your spaces. Also please check you are sending the correct amount with the correct reference.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆
A polite reminder that my cancellation policy is a minimum of 48 hours, anything after this may be lost. I am aware this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances however please adhere to this notice period where possible.
Rescheduling of sessions must also be made with 48 hours notice where possible, anything after this may be lost. The session you are rescheduling must be within the same month you booked the original session for, (with the exception of the last 2-3 days of the month, if there is no availability, holidays etc).
Classes with low attendance will be cancelled with notice - unless the client would like the option of a 1:2:1 PT session and are willing to pay the difference. The session will be rescheduled to a different date within the same month you booked the original session, again with the exceptions mentioned above.
All sessions are non refundable. This policy is applicable for all services unless specified otherwise. When you are booking a session you are agreeing to these policies.
