Signed up to a race? Not sure where to start with your training? Looking to achieve a PB?

We can create tailored running plans to help you achieve your goals - whatever they are. From 5K to ultra distances, we work with runners to agree realistic goals and then how to achieve them.

You also get regular catch-ups with your coach and any updates to the plan that are needed.

Are you running your first marathon or half marathon this Spring? Or are you looking to get a PB?

There are a lot of free training plans out there for all distances. These can be effective but don't always work around individual running abilities, experience and history or even day-to-day life.

We create tailored running plans to help you achieve your race goals. We work with our runners to make sure these plans fit around all the other demands on your time and are realistic and focused.

We have regular catch-ups with our runners to find out what's working well, what we might need to change and make any tweaks to their plan as needed.

Suitable for people new to running and those returning after a break, this eight-week course takes a walk/run approach to gradually build to running for 30 minutes continuously.

Join our last beginners' running course for 2022! This eight-week course takes a walk/run approach to gradually build to running for 30 minutes continuously.

Each session is around 45mins long and includes a warm-up, exercises to help improve your running and fitness and a cool down and stretch at the end.

You will also have support from us throughout the week and homework to help you get to that 30 minute goal!

Are you running a half or full marathon this autumn and are not sure where to start?

If you Google ‘running plans’ you’ll find there are a lot of plans available for runners of all levels aiming to complete both distances.

What you may also find is that they don’t work for you. You may not be able to run as many times a week as the plan suggests, you may have to miss a session through other commitments or illness or you find Sunday is not a great day for those long runs.

I’m looking at setting up an improvers’ course in Sileby to run alongside the Start to Run course. This will be for people who can already run for at least 30 minutes non-stop and either want to run faster or further or would enjoy structured, coached running sessions with a group.
