Yesterday we offered our members in Lostock Gralam the voluntary fitness assessment and 6 members decided to take part.

3 had done it many times before and for the other 3 this was their first experience of it. Some fantastic results, and our new testers have now got a clear line in the sand and something to beat when we do it again in Spring next year.
