🙌🏻Super Grateful to all my lovely clients who have continued each Boot Camp since January.

💥Joining bootcamp was the best decision I’ve made! 💪🏼 It’s the one thing I’ve truly managed to stay consistent with and actually enjoy. Kathryn is so relatable and supportive, but she always encourages you to push yourself and give your best every session. So grateful to be part of it! 🥰💥

My runners are 10 10!!🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

🫶As a runner I am always careful to warm up before a run and stretch afterwards .. Kathryn was brilliant at not laughing out loud when I said this!😉
I have found the classes to be instructive, informative and fun
Kathryn's energy & enthusiasm make for a friendly environment and you definitely come away knowing you have worked out!
Into the 2nd block of 4 weeks I have noticed a difference in my overall attitude to the stretching regime and a definite improvement in my overall movement & ability.
The studio is a perfect environment and I have really enjoyed the classes (block 3 coming up!)

💥Runners Strength and Conditioning!
Another block begins tonight and here’s what the runners have the say💥……🙌🏻

🏃🏼‍♀️The biggest thing I’m noticing with Kathryn’s S&C sessions, is how much better I’m moving already. That awkward “what are my legs doing?” stage has started to turn into something much smoother and it’s amazing what a couple of consistent weeks can do. - it’s not always a dramatic overnight transformation. Instead it quietly works its magic behind the scenes.

One of the best parts of these sessions is learning why we’re doing each exercise or drill. It’s not just about lifting something or doing a random movement - it’s about building a stronger, more efficient runner. That awareness has made such a difference in my running performance.🏃🏼‍♀️

🔥New Strength & Conditioning Programme🔥

Train with a group of friends while enjoying the benefits of personal training, splitting the costs and of course improving your health, strength and wellbeing.

lifting weights is basically a health upgrade, not a vanity project. Looking good is just the side effect 😄

Here’s what strength training actually does for you—beyond aesthetics:
