❄️🎾Fitness and fun all through the winter 🎾❄️

Current tennis coaching sessions, both Outdoor at Marine Park on a Saturday and Indoor at Lossiemouth Community Centre on a Tuesday, are now live for enrolment online.

Tuesday sessions are indoors using weighted soft balls, with a special faster foam ball for the older juniors. �New younger players will be benefit from learning new strokes , whilst the older juniors will be Improving technique and match tactics. �
The Saturday outdoor sessions will continue developing all strokes through fun drills and games.

Today (Tues. 29th) at Marine Park Lossiemouth. A full hour of top quality coaching at a fantastic price. Classes suitable for all ages and abilities.

Classes are £7 for non-members and everyone is welcome and the weather is perfect.

Equipment is available at the courts and if you just want to try 1 session, you’re very welcome to pay at the pavilion, which is open to view the courts and for light refreshments.

Coaching sessions times:
• 3:30pm for 8-11years
• 4:30 pm for 12 to 16 years
• 6 pm for adults

Everyone is very welcome
