1. Empty hand forms (Traditional)
2. Bo Staff Forms
3. Nunchuck Forms
4. Knife Forms

💷 ENTRY FEE;
1. £10 per category

💰EARLY BIRD SPECIAL (before 10th July);
1. 3 x Categories; £25
2. 4 x Catergiries; £35
3. 5 x Categories; £45
4. 6 x Categories; £55
5. 7 x Catergiries; £60

🥋 TEAM FORMS;
1. 3 x competitors per team
2. No mixing of black belt grades and coloured belt grades (blue belts to be with coloured belt grades)
3. No mixing of adults (18 & over) and children (under 18)
4. Form to be a curriculum form and at appropriate level for all team members
5. Forms to be synchronised
6. Cost; £15 (£5 per competitor)

🥋Another fantastic competition is just around the corner!🥋

The British Championships 2026 will be held in Dagenham, and who doesn't love a Tang Soo Do road trip?

If the excitement of the Scottish Championships has left you wanting more, this is the perfect opportunity to test your skills, make new memories, and experience one of the biggest events on the Tang Soo Do calendar.

Better still, it's a great excuse for a trip south, with London right on your doorstep and plenty to see and do along the way.

Entry forms are now available, so it's time to start making plans.

Speak to your Instructor if you'd like to take part and be part of what promises to be an unforgettable weekend of competition, friendship, and martial arts spirit.

What an incredible day at the Scottish Championships!

Every single member of Team Evolution stepped onto the floor with courage, determination, and a fantastic attitude. We're incredibly proud that every competitor came away with a medal, a wonderful achievement that reflects all your hard work, dedication, and commitment in training.

But the medals tell only part of the story:

Today was about creating lasting memories, challenging yourselves, supporting one another, and building new friendships within our wider Tang Soo Do family. The smiles, encouragement, sportsmanship, and team spirit on display throughout the day were every bit as important as the success on the podium.
