Beach bootcamp this morning 😎🌞🙌

Campers worked their way through the ladder drill. Completing an exercise for reps, taking a short walk and then adding the next exercise on top until the list was smashed out 😬💪

Campers picked their reps to suit fitness ability and we added some rocks as weights to ramp up the intensity 🙌☺️

Well done to you guys today, hope you enjoyed it 😅
