We are the whisper of the wind with infinite sensations, knowledge, and wisdom transmitted for generations by women who still live inside us. We are our ancestors’ women; mothers, grandmothers, aunts, friends who continue living through our behaviour, manners and thoughts. I honour them today, those who raised their voices in the past for me (for us) to be heard today.

I celebrate our instincts and hormones which make us irrational but at the same time more perceptive to our world than anyone else. Today, I celebrate having you, a woman close to me, sharing our stories, our paths through movement, words, laughter, but also worries. I celebrate being part of your female journey, but also I celebrate to share mine with you and the world.

You who are not women, thank you for embracing us, but also for taking the risk to try to understand our complex beauty, we know it is not simple 🤪

Happy 7th Anniversary guys! And OMG what an amazing celebration we had. Thanks to for her incredible ballet class that made every beginner soul look so wonderful in just an hour, and to make my love become a prima ballerina for a night 🥴😅

Thanks to my beautiful who introduced me to her method the Fabric as a Somatic Tool, and allowed me to pass it as a gift to you guys. We can’t wait for her to come in person to lead us in this beautiful and magic work.

And thank you to all who came to our Salsa Night, to enjoy so much joy and laughter at the rhythm of this incredible dance. We had such an amazing night, and all for a great cause; we raised £600 for Eudina Hannafore Skate Park for our kids in Looe.

Thanks to all our beautiful community for joining us in this marvellous journey called GochaWellness, 7th years of growing together among love, good move and friendship! This would have never been possible without your presence, amazing energy and the love we exchange in every single session.

We (Luisa and I) have cherished every session, and we are incredibly grateful for your presence in our lives.

Thank you sooooo much for such an amazing GochaWellness Christmas Gathering! We had the fortune to celebrate this fantastic day at the Moorswater Lodge at where we were delighted by Juan cuisine treasure 😋 so, the food couldn’t be better 😋 the beautiful authentic Mexican food selection and the cocktails OMG made this gathering very special.

As usual some movement had to be present, and it was a madness 😅🤣😂 I loved seeing people crying of laughter 😆 and sharing so much good energy!

We were only a part of GochaWellness community there, so if everyone had come we would have had to move in the rain in the beautiful gardens of this incredible place.

Thanks Juan and Peter once more for hosting, squeezing us and making this gathering so special 🥰

Thanks to my love for always being the second master mind of GochaWellness crazy ideas, for the beautiful hand made Christmas Salt Shakers you made for our community, which by the way, since yesterday we have already received more order to make more of them for Christmas present, so if you are interested just Dm me.

We have returned to our original house, Downderry and Seaton Village Hall and we are so happy to see new faces!

Pilates sessions aim to improve and develop participants' physical and mental health, increasing their body condition, stamina, energy, self-expression and general well-being, within a friendly environment, and very sensitive and caring tuition.
