We have 2 Classes every MONDAY

4pm-5pm is our mini class from Age 5-8 years
5pm-7pm is our class from Age 8+

over the bank Holiday weekend senior member from travelled down to Southampton to train with the brilliant .furuhashi sensei.

it was some very warm training sessions with temperatures been around 29 degrees 🥵. but everyone who took part just pushed through it.

sensei knowledge and understanding of wadokai karate is exceptional with him not only teaching the technical elements but also showing them too.

it was graet to see some old and new faces and we hope to see you all again soon

Great day on sunday up at Dumfries with the Shuzoku Wado-Kai Association having a joint Kata competition seminar. thank you to everyone that travelled up and also down for it. we hope everyone took something away to improve your Kata. we hope to see you all again at the next one 🥋👊🏻
